Now, transfer this mixture into a big bowl and add oat flour. Mix until it gets smooth. Using your hand make 2tbsp size balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 13-15 minutes in the oven pre-heated to 350º F, turn halfway balls through baking.
Now, heat a tablespoon of oil and add baked veggie balls to the pan. Cook until it gets golden brown. Finally, pour masala sauce and cook on low-medium heat for another 5 minutes and the dish is ready to be served.

First, let the oven preheat oven to 200º C. Then, cut the brinjals into 4 slices and soak them in ice-cold water that has a teaspoon of salt.
