Avoid what stresses you. You have identified the root cause of your stress. If it is the people, avoid them. If it is a particular situation, avoid it.
Alter the situation if it is not possible to avoid it. Conform to the circumstances. Communicate with others and be assertive over things that cause you stress.
Adapt to the situation. If you cannot alter it, adapt to it. Change your behaviour according to the situation to avoid stress.
Accept the situations if you cannot avoid, accept or adapt to. Go with the flow. Don’t try to control your environment to a point that it suffocates you. Not everything can be controlled.
