So, raw carrots are better than cooked carrots when it comes to consuming fewer calories.
There are different types of carrots.
The most commonly known is the orange carrots which are high in beta-carotene.
Beta-carotene consists of 50% of Vitamin A.
Vitamin A can strengthen your eyes and aids in the prevention of dry skin.
Then there are other types of carrots such as purple carrots, red carrots, yellow carrots, white carrots and black carrots.

You can eat the raw carrot with different kinds of dips to make it tastier. Some of the dips you can try are mayonnaise, guacamole, salsa, peanut butter, and yogurt and so on.

If you have a sweet tooth, you can always make carrot cakes and eat them.
There are different kinds of sweets that include carrots in them. Some of those sweets are ladoos, burfi and the most commonly known, gajar ka halwa.
Carrots can also be turned into pickles.
This is a healthy way to consume carrots. There is thai carrot soup, creamy carrot soup, roasted carrot soup and so on. Take your pick and celebrate a healthy day.
Carrot juice is a go-to method when you are in a rush for work. Just take that carrot juice and gulp it within minutes. You are now filled with energy and are ready for the day
Although they are extremely beneficial to health, anything in excess is harmful to health.
Eating carrots every day can lead to having an excess of Vitamin A in your body.
This can lead to carotenemia, a disease that causes skin discoloration.
So, check that diet plan and have fun with your carrots.
