In this era of pollution, adopting natural organic skin care routine is a crucial step. This article will help you out.
Beautiful looking skin is not merely a matter of DNA.
In today’s world, women are forced to look flawless and perfect, which, in my personal opinion, is a ‘myth’.
No one has perfect skin, and it’s even harder to achieve it, today we’re giving some essential tips to make flawless beautiful skin, and we’re going to reveal how to add organic skincare range in your beauty ritual.
Why do you need organic skincare products?
Skin is one of the most significant parts of the body.
Also, skin care products can be the primary source of the toxin to enter the skin.
Most of the skincare products are packed with chemicals and artificial ingredients that might have a temporary appealing effect on the skin but will have adverse effects if used in the long term.
These artificial ingredients can cause product build up in the body.
That’s why people are opting for natural Organic skincare routine and their skin is thanking them for it.
How to get started?
Firstly, it’s essential to take things slowly. Rushing and switching everything altogether can irritate the skin. Introduce new products gradually. Also, it may take time to notice a visible difference, as it’s not magic.
It’s very important to be patient and consistent in your skin care routine.
Step 1-
Find your skin type is the very first step. To follow a routine, you should be well aware of your skin needs.
You can do a skin type test on the ‘google baba’ for accurate results.
Now you need to find an organic range, by reading customer reviews, products ingredients etc.
(Scroll down till end for that!)
Step 2-
Cleansing-toning-moisturising – these are the three basics of any skincare routine order.
You need to start your day with organic cleanser, organic toner, natural day moisturiser then comes your sunscreen, and the final step is your makeup!
At night, you will need a makeup remover to remove all the makeup, then cleanse-tone-moisturise (night cream).
It is that simple! You need to follow this routine every day for the rest of your life!
Step 3-
Every week just like you need movies and popcorn, your skin needs face mask!
Give your skin a break from all the pollution, toxins, harmful makeup products you used the entire week!
Use a mask (depending on your skin type and let it sink in for at least 15-20 minutes) you could also try DIY skin care using natural ingredients from your kitchen listing a few DIY masks below-
Gram flour mask (granny’s favourite)– Take 2 tablespoon gram flour and add one whole lemon juice to it, use a little yoghurt to make it a creamy consistency. Apply it all over the face and neck, watch Netflix and chill!
Honey and lemon mask– This is another staple mask published in every article on the Internet, why not? It really works! Simply add one tablespoon of honey (use the best raw organic honey brands) in a bowl and 1/2 lemon juice, mix the two and use a brush to apply all over the face. Let it sit for 15-20min rinse off with cold water!
Step 4-
Exfoliate, this is another step that your skin truly deserves.
It will help the skin shed off dead skin cells and impurities.
You could either get an organic exfoliating scrub from a reputed brand or make a scrub at home using natural ingredients.
You can exfoliate every week, exfoliating more than once not recommended.
Coffee scrub– For this, you will need 1 tablespoon ground coffee and 1 teaspoon sugar, 1-2 tablespoon of honey, mix it together and gently scrub the face for 2-3 min. Let it sit for 15-20min and rinse off with cold water.
Oats scrub– you will need 1 tablespoon oats (uncooked), one tablespoon honey and 1-2 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice. Mix all the ingredients and apply on the face and neck massaging gently in circular motions for 3-4 minutes. Since all the parts are coarse use gentle pressure on the skin to avoid redness.
Last but not least, we’re listing a few organic brands you can try:
