¼ cup whole for yoghurt

2nd: to CLARIFY :
2 tablespoons sea salt
1-2 tablespoon lemon juice
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Mix salt, lemon juice and olive oil into a paste.
Wet your hair and massage scrub the paste into your scalp.
Continue for 15-20 minutes
Rinse and wash your hair
People with dry hair should limit the amount of lemon juice as lemon makes the scalp and skin dry.
3rd: to CONDITION
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon honey
Heat the oil and add honey to it. Make it warm enough so that it easily spreads.
Massage the mixture onto your scalp evenly.
Cover your head with a shower cap for about 30 minutes to an hour’s duration.
Rinse well and wash your hair.
4th: to STIMULATE GROWTH
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 tablespoon matcha green tea powder
Whish an egg and add coconut oil and green tea powder
Use a comb to part your hair and apply the mixture to your roots.
Using a comb would help the paste to penetrate into your roots.
Keep the mask for about 30 minutes
Rinse well and shampoo.
Blend a banana and honey until you get a smooth paste.
Apply the mask to your hair focusing especially on roots.
Keep up till 20-30 minutes.
Rinse and wash.
